With reference to your letter c.3.7.5908/38 of the
27th September, I am directed by Secretary Sir John Simon

to infora you that he concure in the Board's proposal to
inform the Boley Armament Company that there is no object-
ion to the despatch of the rifles concerned to Hong Kong,
subject to the provision of a written undertaking that the
weapons will not be re-exported without the consent of
the Gov rasent of the Colony.

office, ar Office and Home Office.
